İnsanlar neden rüya görür? Rüyalar, bazı problemlerin cevaplarının bulunması için insanlara yardımcı olur. Kişiler, bir sonraki gün çözülmesi güç olan problemlerinin olacağını düşünürlerse, ondan önceki gece REM uykusunda daha fazla vakit geçirirler.
Rüyalarında belki problemlerine bir çözüm bulabilirler.
