Hello!

At his point, in order to work after your studies you will need to
apply for a work permit. The permit is given for jobs whose
requirements
are not found in Sweden or EU.

It is impossible to give a certain limit of when a permanent permit can
be given. Normally it depends of the type of contract that you have
after having worked for some years. If you obtain a permanent contract
without a closing date, the Migration Board will consider a permanent
permit.
