PRIVATE COMPANY AND GOVERNMENT

People always work to earn money and to live comfortably. At first, they were working as hunter, gatherer and farmer. They worked for them and their family. But present times, people must work at different places as a worker for another one and they earn money. In Turkey people work for two different units such as: private company and government. Although there are several similarities between working for a private company and for the government, there are also some important differences.
There are similarities between working for a private company and for the government. First of all, you have managers who always say you to do something at both. Second, if you get started work you must be fawored by someone. For the government this person must be a deputy or manager in government, for a private company he must be a famous businessman. Finally, at the last economical crisis they both fired workers. At the last crisis the workers was retired by government and the private companies fired some workers.
There are some important differences between working for a private company and for the government. First of all, though the government gives the workers guarantee of work, a private company can fired you whenever they want. Second, when you work for a private company you earn high salary than you earn at the government. Third, despite the high salary at private company at the government you have more holidays. At the government you have at least three mount holiday but at a private company only a mount. Finally, at private company work times are more than at the government. At the government you only work seven hours a days but at private company you must work eight hours a day.

In conclusion, despite of the similarities, working for a private company and for the government is different from the guarantee of work, salary, holidays, and work times. When we enter a job we must be careful about these similarities and differences. But noone thinks these differences at these days, due to economical crisis.
